The BIM-01-2-ACES is designed to read the engine information from the ACES CAN bus. The BIM-01-2-ACES module is a direct plug in using the supplied 4 pin harness for simple connection to the ACES system.

The BIM-01-2-ACES will collect and output the following available (depending upon ACES application and add-ons selected) readings to Dakota Digital Instrument Systems*:

• Always available:

  Tachometer
  Engine Coolant Temp
  Oil Pressure
  Intake/ Manifold Temp.
  Fuel Pressure
  Air/ Fuel Ratio
  MAP/ Boost

Please note: Due to the various ECM's, additional data add-on's from ACES may be available such as Vehicle Speed, and Transmission Temp.  Dakota Digital cannot guarantee the presence or accuracy of the Coolant Temp., Intake Temp., Fuel Pressure, or Air/ Fuel ratio displays since this is a function of the ECM and matching ACES functional sensors.

*The BIM-01-2-ACES is designed to decode the information provided by the  Killshot, Jackpot Pro and QuickDraw kits and supply this information to the VFD3, VHX, HDX, RTX and GRFX control box instrument systems only.  Information present is dependent on ACES application and add-ons selected.  

**Compatible Dakota Digital instrument system: GRFX, RTX, HDX, VHX and VFD3 systems with a black plastic control module. For any BIM-compatible control boxes which contain the 3.5mm headphone jack BIM input, add part number 394194 adaptor harness.   Earlier instrument systems with an aluminum control module are not capable of BIM connectivity
